By accessing or using the NOTIO platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
NOTIO provides a management platform for photography professionals, including but not limited to booking and calendar management, financial tracking and invoicing, client gallery delivery, and freelancer network search. Features may vary by subscription tier.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain full ownership of all photographs, client information, and business data you upload to NOTIO. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from your clients before uploading their images or personal information to the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
NOTIO's freelancer search feature connects users within the platform's network. NOTIO does not guarantee the availability, quality, or conduct of any freelancer listed and is not a party to any agreement formed between users.
While we target high uptime, NOTIO does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and is not liable for any loss arising from downtime, maintenance, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOTIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business data, revenue, or client relationships.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, with or without notice where reasonably necessary.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
